Using Tapfront

By signing in to or using Tapfront (tapfront.app), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Tapfront.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You must be at least 18 and use Tapfront for your own business. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Google account safe.

Free beta

Tapfront is free during the beta, with up to 10 listings and 12 photos per listing. AI features have a daily limit. Features and limits may change while we improve the product. If we ever add paid plans, we will tell you first. You will never be charged without agreeing.

Your content

You own everything you add: your photos, texts and listings. You give us permission to store it, show it on your public page, resize photos and translate your text, only so we can run Tapfront for you.

You promise that:

• You have the right to post every photo and text you add.
• Your listings are real and honest (price, size, location, status).
• You follow the property and advertising rules where you work, including any licence or permit you need.

Not allowed

• Fake, misleading or scam listings.
• Illegal, hateful, adult or violent content.
• Copying other people’s photos or listings without permission.
• Spam, or trying to break, overload or misuse Tapfront or its AI.

We may hide content or close accounts that break these rules.

AI features

AI helps you fill in, write and translate listings. It can make mistakes. Please check everything before you save. You are responsible for what is published on your page.

Buyers and deals

Tapfront only shows your page. We are not a real-estate agent or broker and are not part of any deal. Talks, viewings, payments and contracts are between you and the buyer or tenant.

Our service

We work hard to keep Tapfront running, but we provide it “as is”, without promises that it will always be online or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost business, lost data or indirect damage from using Tapfront.

Stopping

You can stop using Tapfront any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@tapfront.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you if a change is big. Using Tapfront after a change means you accept the new terms.
