Who we are

Tapfront (tapfront.app) lets real-estate agents and small businesses make a simple page with their listings and contact buttons. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in plain words.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We do not see or store your Google password.

What you add to your page: your name, photo, agency, link name, contact buttons (for example WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram), theme, and your listings: photos, price, size, rooms, description and map location.

Basic technical data: like every website, our servers see your IP address and browser type. We use it to keep the site safe and to limit how often the AI helper can be used.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep you signed in.
• To show your public page and listings to the buyers you share them with.
• To run the AI features you click (fill in a listing, write a description, translate, answer help questions).
• To keep Tapfront safe, fix problems and stop misuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

What is public

Your Tapfront page is public on purpose. Anyone with your link can see your name, photo, agency, contact buttons and listings. Your email address is only shown if you turn on the Email button.

AI features

When you use “Fill”, “Write for me”, the automatic translation or the “Ask Tapfront” helper, the text you send is processed by Google Gemini, or by Cloudflare Workers AI as a backup. They only receive the text needed for that task. Please don’t paste private information you don’t want processed.

AI can make mistakes. Always check what it writes before you save.

Services we use

We use a few trusted services to run Tapfront. They store or process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase: sign-in, database and listing photos.
• Cloudflare: hosting the website and the backup AI.
• Google: Google sign-in and Gemini AI.
• OpenStreetMap: the map and the address search when you pin a location.

If you paste a Property Finder link, we read that public listing page to fill in the details. We do not copy its photos.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We also save a few small settings in your browser, like dark mode, your language and the help chat. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and page while you use Tapfront. When you delete a listing, its details and photos are removed. If you want your whole account deleted, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Your choices

You can see and change your details any time from your dashboard. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@tapfront.app.

Children

Tapfront is for adults running a business. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is big, we will tell you on your dashboard or by email.
